Opening for The Spaces Between at LCCC

Last night was the opening for The Spaces Between at the Glass Box Gallery in the Rothrock Library on the LCCC main campus.

I'm excited because this feels like the right moment to share the new work in person—paintings change when you see the texture and scale up close. I loved the energy of a room full of art, conversation, and curious people, and I’m looking forward to those unexpected connections. You should come if you want to see how a painting holds a quiet moment differently than a photo ever could. If possible, I would love to meet you there, the library and gallery are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5PM.

One piece I’ll have there is Whispering Clouds — a wide landscape where a green field meets a sky that seems to be moving on its own, full of textured, swirling clouds and a soft band of light across the horizon. The brushwork catches the sunlight in ways that don’t translate on a screen, and I can’t wait for you to stand in front of it and feel that little shift of calm it gives.
